Meet Neil Potts

Neil Potts brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship. With a law degree and a professional background in real estate, finance, and strategy, Neil combines detail-driven execution with a broad, global view. Neil is from the UK, previously lived in Dubai, and now lives in Los Angeles, and he brings first-hand knowledge of how major global markets operate - commercially, culturally, and legally.

He began his career managing prime London properties with Foxtons and Marsh & Parsons, overseeing hundreds of luxury multi-million dollar residences. His corporate career continued at HSBC in London and Dubai, where he specialised in wholesale credit, market risk, and portfolio management.

At 24, Neil launched his first business in London before later co-founding The Vurger Co, which grew into a leading international restaurant and consumer brand. Under his leadership, the company grew to millions in revenue and expanded across the UK, USA, and Middle East. He later founded Silverwood Rose, a boutique advisory that supports founders and investors with capital raising, scaling strategies, and operational excellence.
