Meet Neil Potts
Neil Potts brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship. With a law degree and a professional background in real estate, finance, and strategy, Neil combines detail-driven execution with a broad, global view. Neil is from the UK, previously lived in Dubai, and now lives in Los Angeles, and he brings first-hand knowledge of how major global markets operate - commercially, culturally, and legally.

He began his career managing prime London Real Estate with Foxtons, Marsh & Parsons and Hamptons International, overseeing hundreds of luxury multi-million dollar residences.
His corporate career continued at HSBC in London and Dubai, where he specialised in wholesale credit, market risk, and portfolio management.
London to Los Angeles
Neil launched his first home services business in London before later co-founding a leading international restaurant and CPG brand.
He later founded a boutique advisory firm that supports founders and investors with capital raising, scaling strategies, and operational excellence.
After 16 years living in London, with a year living in Dubai, Neil relocated to Los Angeles to launch Crosby & Spring - a culmination of his near 20 years of Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurial experience.
