Short term fix and flips

  • We source premium properties across Los Angeles with the highest potential for strong returns, carry out extensive renovations, and resell, typically within a 6-12 month period.

Buy and Hold

  • Buy, Rehab, lease and hold. We identify and acquire high potential properties across the US, renovate them, secure reliable tenants, refinance the properties and either provide an exit for investors, or an opportunity to roll funds into the next project.

Turnkey Investments

  • We work with investors to determine their goals and from there, identify properties that match those goals across our core markets. We then acquire, redevelop, lease and property manage the asset, ensuring long term stable returns for investors.

Fixed return, transparent structures

  • Our investment structure is simple, fixed, transparent and always asset-backed. Invest on a ‘per project’ basis, for up to 12 months, for an equivalent annual fixed return of 10% (calculated daily). When we sell or refinance each project, your funds are returned, or of course you are welcome to re-invest in the next project.
