Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Repeat. We identify and acquire high potential properties, renovate them extensively, secure reliable tenants, refinance the properties and either provide an exit for investors, or an opportunity to roll funds into the next project.

We work with investors to determine their goals and from there, identify properties that match those goals across our core markets. We then acquire, redevelop, lease and property manage the asset, ensuring long term stable returns for investors.

We look for new build development opportunities in key locations and aim to deliver some of the highest quality homes on the market.
