Our approach is disciplined. We underwrite every acquisition carefully before committing, model the renovation budget conservatively, and maintain close oversight throughout the project.
We are not in the business of cutting corners to protect a margin and hoping the buyer does not notice. Everything we sell is done properly.
Buy and Hold

Buy, Rehab, lease and hold. We identify and acquire high potential properties across the US, renovate them, secure reliable tenants, refinance the properties and either provide an exit for investors, or an opportunity to roll funds into the next project.
New developments

We look for new development opportunities across Los Angeles and aim to deliver some of the highest quality homes on the market.
